Phans55 and Riviera Summer Cocktail Tour…

Both locations of Phans55 (Irvine and Fullerton) are proud to participate in this year’s Riviera Summer Cocktail Tour organized by the Riviera Magazine during  the two months of July and August.  For this year, we will feature a signature martini that takes deep root in our Vietnamese culinary culture and tradition: we will feature our special martini called “Riviera-Saigon Jelly Martini”.  In this martini, you will savor the exquisite balance in flavors of Saigon – the Pearl of Indochina in 1954 – with its lychee flavored ultra premium Vodka distilled from Yellow Blossom large-grain glutinous rice of the Red River Delta in Vietnam and the sophisticated flavors of Paris induced by its French Chambord liquor, mixed in with three exotic flavors of Vietnamese Jellies of coconut, almond and herbal grass.  A splash of young fresh coconut juice will round out this concoction.  We invite you to come in to either location to savor the past flavors of the old Indochina in its colonial glamour and to rate this Signature Drink “Riviera-Saigon Jelly Martini”.
