Hi, my name is Susie Phan and I am the “Chef de Famille” at Phans55.  This is my Page and I am glad to share with you some of the recipes that have been passed down from my Mom to me.  These recipes made the wonderful dishes at Phans55 which, based on all the feedbacks I got, have reviewed great love and reviews from you, our patrons.  My Mom just passed away a few months ago at 87 and thank you so much Mom for teaching me the secrets of those recipes and I hope, you do not mind, that I now share some of them to our friends and customers.

On another note, I am considering to  hold a monthly cooking class at our restaurant, every Saturday morning at 11AM if I can get a group of 7-8.  Please call our restaurant at (949) 724-1236 to obtain more details and to make a reservation.  We can follow the cooking class with a great wine tasting lunch to enjoy the dishes that we prepared together!
